  3. Select the transaction in question
  4. Click "Request Refund"
  5. Fill out the refund request form

Processing Time:

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes:

  • Currency conversion fees are non-refundable
  • Promotional credits and discounts are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
